In 2007, Ben and Shirley took a leap of faith and started their company "SBP" as a means to provide for their growing family and to serve their community. Ben, an experienced marketing and human resources professional, quickly built relationships with real estate agents and investors in the Chicagoland area. The business took off and in 2016, SBP became officially incorporated in the state of Illinois as SBP Real Estate Group, Inc. - a multifaceted real estate investment company. The company has overseen and closed dozens of transactions with property owners and investors, including commercial and residential properties across the city of Chicago and surrounding suburbs.

 

Due to SBP's core values of excellence and adaptability, the company has evolved to add The SBP Business Group - the wholly owned “Greater PROFITS for American Businesses” subsidiary of SBP Real Estate Group, Inc.
